I am building a new home with Toll Brothers. I chose the Woodstock model. This site will be about my experience, good or bad, with the builder Before settling on my new community, I evaluated several builders, and in doing so, I found negative reviews for every builder I evaluated, including Toll Brothers. However, I took into account how long ago the reviews were written, and the geographical part of the country of the reviewer. (i.e. took them with a grain of salt so to speak.) I found several sites detailing a step-by-step process of building a new home with Ryan Homes which were much more insightful than the average review, so I'm copying that format. I'm hoping that if someone is considering building a home with Toll Brothers in the mid-Atlantic region, this site will be helpful. I also wouldn't mind some feedback on selections and projects that will need to be done after closing.
